She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton and Marie; her husband Rev. James F. Peters; and her siblings, Wayne Markison (Bonnie) and Judy Nielsen.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Tenwinkel (William), Dietrick Peters (Lisa) and Mark Peters (Martha); her grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca Tenwinkel, Sarah Hoggatt (Luke), Jack Tenwinkel, Christian, Paul, Frederick, Russell and Benjamin Peters; and her brother-in-law Gary Nielsen. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research have been suggested by the family.
