She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Fornal and Evelyn Fornal; her grandparents, Lewis, Laura Christensen, John and Albina Fornal; her brothers, Robert and John Fornal; her aunt Agnes; and her uncle Naviys.

She is survived by: her significant other Leslie Walter Brown; her children, David Brown (Bonnie), Dennis Brown (Mary) and Susan Cota (Jeff); her grandchildren, Courtney Brown and Christopher Cota; and her sisters, Elizabeth Jensen and Christine Doss. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
