He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn; his children, Amanda Putzer (Tony Vara) and Joe Long; his grandchildren, Alaina and Braiden Kruchten; his sisters, Rhonda Roushia and Denise Wray (Patrick); and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Justin (Kim), Sarah Putzer, Courtney Pavia (Carlos), Kayla Mata (Brannon), Amber Mayfield (Chris), Brittney, Emily and Brianna Putzer.
