He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Jahns and Olga Jahns (Schultz); his son Jodie; his siblings, Harold Jahns, Robert Jahns, Orlo Jahns (Marie), Ervin Jahns (Mernabell), Melvin Jahns (Phyllis), Edna Lehner (Harold), Elda Pinch (Gordon), Carol Reinhold (Glen) and Shirley Jahns; and his siblings-in-law, Don Bazeley, Kenneth Feavel, LaVerne Pieper, John Meyer, Wanda Pieper and Dawn Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Jahns of Markesan; his children, Joel Jahns (Nina) of Markesan, Jami Jahns of Oshkosh and Jim Jahns (Rebecca) of Crete, IL; his grandchildren, Linden Jahns, Reid Jahns, Nathaniel Jahns, Kaci Henning, Kelci Henning, Eliza Jahns and Ethan Jahns; his great grandchildren, Tripp and Kenzington; his siblings, Donald Jahns (Judy), Norman Jahns (Joan), Alice Bazeley and Ruth Feavel; and his siblings-in-law, Bernhard Pieper and Beverly Pieper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and life-long friends.
