He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wurtz and Alice Wurtz (Klow); his brother Patricia Musack (Lloyd); and also, Lawrence Wurtz (Marian) and Eugene Wurtz (Alyce).
He is survived by: his child Ryan M. Wurtz; his sibling Kathleen Eineichner; and his friends, Sandy Dollar and Richard Raab.
