He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Otto and Dorothy Meyer (Henkes); his brother Douglas Houg; and his stepbrother Al Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Radloff of Postville, Iowa; his son Jermey Houg (Samantha) of Fairfield, Iowa; his grandson Nicholas; his stepsiblings, Brent (Patty), Tyrone (Karie), Kent (Michelle), Robin (Al), Doris (Ben) and Marty; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy (Dick), Bill (Laura) and Bob (Nancy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Postville Ambulance.
