He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cockroft and Lillian Cockroft (Stiff); and his siblings, LeRoy Cockroft (Lenore), Beverly Fritz (Stanley), Geraldine Duerst (Herman) and Marilyn Kosmeder.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda McFadden; his children, Kenneth Cockroft (Lisa) and Gigi Byrd (David); his grandchildren, Christopher Byrd, Kaci Byrd (Joseph Krisher), Cody Byrd and Sean Cockroft; his brother James Cockroft (Donna); and his brother-in-law Larry Kosmeder. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
