He is survived by: his daughter Heidi of Madison; his wife Vivian Jacobson; his son William (Tamara) of Rio; his grandchildren, Paige Prochaska (Caleb) of Janesville and Jacob Black of Rio; his great grandchild Amelia Prochaska of Janesville; and his sister Suzanne of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
