He is survived by: his wife Christine Koch of Poynette; his daughters, Jennifer Koch of Verona and Lori Rasmussen (David) of Janesville; and his grandchildren, Joshawa Gray and Jacob Gray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
