He is survived by: his father James Lembcke (Muriel Krusemark); his wife Marlene Lembcke; his children, Steve Duane, Logan, Bella, Sean Duane (Lindsy) and Peanut; his mother Shirley Miriam Connelly (Conley); his mother-in-law Arlene Moody; his siblings, Craig Lembcke (Lynn), Linda Lembcke and Marv; his sister-in-law Lisa Moody; and his close friend Maia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other close relatives, and many dear friends.
