He was predeceased by: his parents, Dellos Calkins and Donna Calkins; and his grandparents, Alfred Harwell, Helen Harwell, Robert Hackbart and Susan Hackbart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brad Calkins (Tess) of Philippines and Cheryl Midthun (Jerry) of Waunakee; his niece Kelly Schmidt (Tim); and his nephews, Nicholas Midthun (Pam), Madeline Midthun, Jaxon Midthun, Ethan Schmidt and Mason Schmidt. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
