He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie Jacob (Richard) and Jack Smith; his children, Nicholas Smith (Tricia), Kelli Gulley and Noelle Smith; his grandchildren, Calvin Christopher Gulley and Porter Jack Smith; his siblings, Melissa Jacob, Aaron Smith, Brandon Smith (Shanna) and Benjamin Smith (Megan); and his friend Chris. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews, cousins, friends, and his two beloved dogs.
