He is survived by: his son Charles Mislivecek Jr of Poynette; his stepchildren, Edward Borde (Laurie) of Portage, Jean Klipstein (Arlie) of Portage and Joanne Borde (Tim Udell) of Portage; and his sister Shirley Pliner of Waunakee. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
