It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sebastian Warren of Portage, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Warren; his great-grandparents, Bob and Lila Kujac; his aunt Wendy Warren; and his pets, Taz and Tytis.
He is survived by: his parents, Janis Clark and Brian Warren (Kelly Czarnecki); his sisters, Arabella Warren and Mercedes Warren (Shawn Mueller); his niece Alyza Roze Mueller; his grandparents, Dave, Loretta Guolee and Betty Warren; his uncles, Cody Warren, Jerry Warren, Shannon Warren and Justin Clark; and his cousin Katherine Kujac. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
