He was predeceased by: his parents, Melville Spicer and Marcella Spicer (Noerz). He is survived by: his children, Peter Spicer (Jessica) of Waunakee, Martin Spicer (Erica) of Pardeeville and Janel Troester (Matt) of West Bend; his grandchildren, Reef, Skip, Tula, Seton and Seager; and his siblings, Brian Spicer (Betty Orth), Leon Spicer (Richie), Mark Spicer (Julie) and Mary Kay Green (Eddie).
