With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Watkins (Portage, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Lynch and Irene Lynch (Sheehan); her brother Jack Sheehan; her husband Robert Watkins; and her son Jeffrey Fry.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Hoover (Tyson) of Santee, CA and Michael Watkins (Katrina) of Sun Prairie, WI; her grandchildren, Jack, Emily, Evan, Eli Watkins and Grant Hoover; and her stepsons, Jeff Watkins and Tracy Watkins (Betsy). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
