He was predeceased by: his parents, John Swanson and Leola Swanson (Bjorklund); his wife Dolores Tomaier; and his brother John Laverne Swanson. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Swanson, Mike Swanson (Mary) and Jean Turner (Steve); his grandchildren, Amber Gawel (Nick), Jamie Ferguson (Brandon) and Dan Swanson (Renee); his great grandchildren, Thomas, Allie Gawel, Aubrey Ferguson, Luke and Leo Swanson; and his sister-in-law Mary Kellogg. He is also survived by relatives and many close friends.
As Glen was very fond of his cats and dogs, memorials may be made to Columbia County Humane Society.
