He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis O'Keefe and Helen O'Keefe (Borcyckowski); his brothers, Maurice, William and Ronald; and his brother-in-law Jerry Gocke.

He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, David (Catherine) of Columbus, WI, Kimberly of Portage and Russell (Lisa) of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Kelsey O'Keefe, Molly O'Keefe (Connor Maxwell), Conley O'Keefe (Isabel Villagomez), Keagan O'Keefe (Marisol Arzaga), Emily O'Keefe, Quin O'Keefe and Cullen O'Keefe; his sister Marjorie O'Keefe of Oxford; his sisters-in-law, Anita O'Keefe of McFarland, Earlene O'Keefe of Barneveld and June Gocke of Portage; and his close friends, John and Pat Wenzel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
