He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Flierl and Isabelle Flierl. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Claire Flierl (Mark Panarusky), Erika Flierl (Steve Paster), Karl Flierl (Kimberly) and Kurt Flierl (Kristin); his grandchildren, Ivan, Erik Panarusky, Katerina, Alene Flierl, Aaron, Evan and Will Flierl; and his brothers, William Flierl (late Ann) and John Flierl (Pat).
