He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Welch and Edith Welch (Carter); and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Bond; his children, Kristin Eidson (Greg) and Bradley Welch (Wendy); his stepchildren, Michael Geltmaker and Shelly Brickner (Chuck); his grandsons, Logan and Joshua; and his stepgrandchildren, Emma, Devin and Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
