He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Andrea Eibs (Eric), Amanda Prochniak, Adam Prochniak and Adalyn; his sisters, Tamye Drefahl (Randy), Stephanie Luebke and Gina Taylor; his sisters-in-law, Lynn Dybul (Jay) and Ruth Bilke; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Michael, Matthew, Shannon (Garrett), Wayne, Breanna, Brooke and Zach.
