He is survived by: his wife Linda Testa; his children, Shawn Testa of Warsaw and Jennifer Swincicki (Ryan) of New Albany, Ohio; his sister-in-law Arlette Testa; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Cody, Brian Cody (Jeanne), JoEllen Fish (Larry), Claudette Schmitt (Frank), Ed Testa (Jackie), Mike Testa (Jodie) and Mark Testa.
