He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Fuller and Marjorie Fuller of Coffeyville, Kansas.; and his sister Patricia Wesner. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Fields of Joplin; and his children, Randall Fuller (Julie) of Lawrence, Kansas, Kimberly Wolfmeier of Columbia, Missouri, Susan Case (Carey) of Erie, Colorado, Bradley Fuller (Emily) of Columbia and Nicole Dawson (Josh) of Millersburg, Missouri..
