He is survived by: his mother Shirli Brinker Flack; his wife Sylvia Hoerig Demge; his sons, Carson and Jack Flack, III (Rachel); his stepchildren, David Demge (Sara) and Laura Demge; his grandchildren, Carson Joe Flack, Ryan Demge and Isabel Demge; his siblings, Vici Dohrwardt (John), Rose Morgan (Jeff), Anita Woods (Bob), Laura Goranson (Kurt), Holly Stubbs (Matt), Mark Flack (Laura) and Andy Flack (Mary); his brother-in-law Richard Hoerig (Hae Suk); and his great-nephews, Tim and Ben Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
