He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kolbach and Rose Jacque Kolbach; his wife Midge of Milwaukee; his siblings, Marie (Norbert Lemanczyk), Florence "Red" (Frank Mrazik), George (Evelyn Kolbach), Henry "Hank" (Doris Kolbach), Esther (Wendell "Bud" Pulvermacher), Dorothy "Dolly", Ted Glowacki and Rosalie "Sally" (Lawrence Feyereisen); and also Phyllis Schneider (Gordon).
He is survived by: his children, Jane Grantham (Lee) of Greenfield, Ken Kolbach (Lori) of Port Washington, Peter Kolbach (Linda) of Port Washington, Ann Mandel (Neil) of Minocqua and Kathy Kolbach (John Oberhofer) of Port Washington; his grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Cassiopea, Natalie, Stephanie, Daniel, Kevin, Steven, Kaitlyn and David; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Arthur, Seeley, River, Bernadette, Rose, Xavier and Victor; his sister Joan Fechter (late Edward) of West Bend; and his brother-in-law Archie Reid (late Lucille) of Crandon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
