He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Blanchard and Ethyl R. Blanchard of Oshkosh, WI.. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Bahr (Jack), Jeanne Goff (Walt) and John F. Blanchard; his grandson John L. Kist; his parents-in-law, Marion and Bryan Wilburn; his brother-in-law Brian Wilburn; his wife Lucy A. Blanchard (Wilburn); his children, Rebecca Herro, Scott Blanchard (Lori), Sandra Burmesch (Larry), Mary Witeus (Tim) and Stuart Blanchard; his grandchildren, Tracy Trolio, Terrah Soto, Monica Trolio, Jenny Peirsol (Jeremy), Katelyn Blanchard (Scott), Amy Blanchard (Zach), Nick Howell, Alex Howell, Brielle and Reese Blanchard; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Ellie Soto, Ashlynn, Chloe Peirsol and Aiden Chrzandowski; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Wilburn (Karen), Dottie Blanchard and Linda Wilburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
