He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Hoffmann and Loretta Hoffmann (Herbst); his brother Sylvester Hoffmann; and his brother-in-law Edmond Lange. He is survived by: his children, Julie Symons, Steve Hoffmann (Mary Jo) and Brian Hoffmann; his siblings, Floyd Hoffmann (LuEtta), Clementine Hoffmann, Erma Decker (JJ), Kenny Hoffmann and Mary Lange; his sister-in-law Mary Jane Hoffmann; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Kyle and Kane.
