She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Leighty and Agnes Leighty (Ludwig); her husband Gilbert Kuehl; her siblings, Anna Marie Leighty, Doris Murphy, Patricia Mitchell, Darrell Leighty, Ora Leighty, Donald Leighty, James Leighty and Keith Leighty; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Jean Leighty, Harriet Leighty, Elizabeth Leighty, Viola Kuehl, Hugh Murphy (Matt), Harvey Mitchell, Douglas Kuehl and Merlyn Kuehl.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Kathy Wellsandt (David), Patty Wellsandt (Danny), Deanna Koralesky (David), Julie Leighty, Janet Leighty, Joanne Leighty, John Leighty (Leah) and Jim Leighty (Karen); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Murphy McFall (Kyle), Katie Koralesky, Krysta Koralesky, Erika Leighty, Mitch Wellsandt (Molly), Steve Koralesky (Samantha), Chris Leighty and Nic Leighty; and also, Kelby McFall and Ashton Wellsandt.
