It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie E Virtue of Platteville, Wisconsin, born in Slayton, Minnesota, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Kooiman and Marie Kooiman (Karrsen); her parent-in-law Ellsworth "Elsie" Virtue; her brother Arnold Kooiman; her siblings-in-law, Carol Kooiman, Jeanne Kooiman and David Virtue; her daughter-in-law Vicki Visser; and her grandson Dustin Visser.

She is survived by: her husband Chuck Virtue; her children, Douglas Visser, Guy Visser, Gail Thompson (Lee), Keith Visser, Amy Osterman (Larry), Chad Visser, Curtis Visser and Bruce Visser; her brother Tony Kooiman; and her brother-in-law Ambrose Virtue (Carol). She is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
