He is survived by: his father Harold Hibner; his wife Vickie Richardson; his children, Jacob Hibner (Sara), Welsey Hibner (Angie Gottschalk) and Amy Jo Hendricks (Lee); his grandchildren, Bryce, Blake, Corynne and Madison Hibner; his great grandchild Oakley Hibner; his siblings, Karen Retzlaff (Jerry), Phyllis Phillips, Sandra Hibner and Jeff Richardson (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Laurie Mueller.
