He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Bill Holt (Olivia) of Oregon, Ken Holt (Julie) of Oregon and Linda Bender (Carl) of Kansas; and his grandchildren, Christopher Holt (Felicity), Alex Soto (Ele), Katie, Stephanie Holt, Tom Holt (Jayme), Sarah Holt, Claire and Adam Bender.
