With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca McDowell (Phelps, Wisconsin), born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn F. McDowell and Mary A. McDowell (Neanover); and her former husband Robert Cordray. She is survived by: her daughter Oona Elizabeth McDowell Cordray; her husband Mike Hughes of Phelps; her grandson Odin Clark of Morganton, NC.; her sisters, Barbara McDowell and Brenda Martin (Dennis); her nephews, Brady Yeary (Stephanie Beetsch) and David Martin (Nancy); her great-nieces, Emma, Saoirse Martin and Ella; and her great-nephew Cory Martin.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Vilas County.
