She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Stieben and Amalie Stieben; her husband Lawrence Lowther; her son Frederick Lowther; and her siblings, Alex Stieben, Frederick Stieben, Emil Stieben, Mary Stieben, Emma Stieben, Bertha Foster, Martha Tellock and Dorothy Gartman.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Lowther (Nicole Frank) and Matthew Lowther (Audry); her grandchildren, Jacob Lowther, Kaelyn Lowther, Konner Lowther and Luke Lowther (Sara Titel); and her brother Edwin Stieben of Las Vegas, NV.. She is also survived by extended family with numerous nieces and nephews, and their children.
