He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Garfield Whitehead, Ethel Whitehead (Lacey), Laney James Carden and Alice Carden (Teague). He is survived by: his siblings, Clarence Walter Whitehead, Jr., Wanda Yvonne Whitehead Ritchie (Bonnie) and Glenda Gail Whitehead; his brother-in-law Leslie Lewis McCracken; his niece Christina McCracken of Orfordville, WI; his nephews, John Joseph McCracken (Katie Jacoby) of Johnson City, TN, Andrew Daniel Whitehead (Shanda Miller) of Johnson City, TN, Kaila Zevon Whitehead of Johnson City, TN and Jeffery Rutter of Oshkosh, WI; and his brother-in-law Michael Charles Gentry of Siam. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
