He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine and Boncher. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Hester; his children, Catherine "Tassie" Calvert of Sheboygan, Guy Calvert (Serena) of Waldo and Christine Formolo (Kevin) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Nicholas Calvert (Sasha), Ena Formolo and Eleni Formolo; and his siblings, Denis Calvert, Jim Calvert, Jeff Schwarz, Judy Calvert and Mary Cay Taylor.
