She was predeceased by: her parents, Audley Holle and Marie Holle; her husband Howard Veldhorst; her grandsons, Alex, Sean and Jacob Lammers; her siblings-in-law, Wesley Veldhorst and Doris DeSmith; and also, Willard and Eunice Veldhorst.
She is survived by: her children, Dave and Jan Veldhorst; her grandchildren, James, Amy Veldhorst, Katy, Bryan Hendricks, Jonathan Veldhorst, Rebekah Veldhorst, Nicolas Veldhorst, Jeff and Brenda Lammers; her great grandchildren, Austin Lammers, Kayla Lammers, Ryan, Sandy Gartman, Ella, Joshua Veldhorst, Micah Hendricks and Baby Hendricks; her siblings-in-law, Robert DeSmith, Alyce Veldhorst and Dorothy Jensema (Glen); and also, Allison Gartman, Lucas Gartman and Jocelyn Gartman.
A memorial fund has been established for Oostburg Christian School's building expansion fund.
