She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernhard Voskuil and Anna Voskuil (Walvoord); her husband Peter Hendrikse; her brother Carl Voskuil (Pearl); and her sister-in-law Margaret Voskuil.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hendrikse of Palos Heights, IL, Don Hendrikse (Sandi) of Monona, WI and James Hendrikse (Doris) of Gibbsville; her grandchildren, Lori Hendrikse, Amanda Bohne (Zachary), Joel Hendrikse (Alison) and Todd Hendrikse (Hikari); her great grandchildren, Levi, Luke Hendrikse, Megumi, Natsumi Hendrikse, Xander and Ashton Bohne; her brother Ralph "Bud" Voskuil; and her brother-in-law A. Richard Hendrikse (Jean). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to First Christian Reformed Church, Oostburg Christian School, Pine Haven Christian Communities, or Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Annette's name.
