Eugene E. Papenfuss Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene E. Papenfuss of Onalaska, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Papenfuss and Nora Papenfuss (Armitage); and his siblings, Clyde, Arvid, Ellsworth, Weston, Elva Parpart and Betty Reissman.
He is survived by: his wife Idella Papenfuss (Holten); and his children, Donna McBride (Patrick), Julie Konichek (Joseph), Lowell Papenfuss and Amy Van Lin (Greg). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
It is respectfully requested that memorials be directed to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund in Onalaska.
