She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Diane Waters of Omro and Ron Waters (Sara) of Omro; her daughter-in-law Betty Waters of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Thomas Waters, Vanessa Waters, Jessie Lee and Glen Waters (Erin); her great grandchildren, Sammy Shinault (Logan), Chris Lee, Drake Waters and Tess Waters; her great great grandchildren, Grayson and Annie; her sister-in-law Nancy Hoppa; her son Ric Waters; and her siblings, David Hoppa, Bobby Hoppa, Janie Manthey and Doris Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Omro Food Pantry in Ruth's name would be appreciated.
