He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexford Cady and Connie Cady (Lockwood); his brother Roland Cady; and his brother-in-law Don Van Stone. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Cady; his siblings, Gordan Cady (Beverly) of Pickett and Marjorie Lee (Ronald) of Plainfield, IL; his sons, Don Cady (Karin) of McFarland and Steve Cady (Kathy) of Omro; his grandchildren, Jessica Eliassen (Eli), Andrew Bowers (Kelly Ann), Katarina Cady and Gage Cady; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Oliver and Alexander Eliassen.

Due to Covid-19, a private funeral service will be held.
