He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bickel and Loraine Bickel (Fredrickson); and his cousin Tom Bickel. He is survived by: his brothers, Matt, Jeff and Terry; his wife Chris; his children, Jesse Bickel (Shelley Brusky) and Lorie Caelwaerts (Tom); his grandsons, Carson and Luke; and his close friend Terry Denny. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
