He was predeceased by: his father Norman, Sr.; his wife Audrey Hazel Schroeder; his parents-in-law, Beverly Berkhout (Hank), Marcella Swiatnicki (Edwin), Diane Nelson (Rich), Dale Ducane, Norman Ducaine, Joseph Starzer and George Lombardo; and his brothers, Ardne Salefsky (Walter) and Harley (Clifford Schroeder).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Ducaine (Judy), Brenda Ducaine (Chuck Topel) and Cindy Syring (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kathy, Cassandra Arneson (Justin), Jacob Syring, Kaila Konitzer and Erin Ducaine; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Emmalyn, Mckenna, Mason, Conor and Rylee; and his siblings, Walter Ducaine (Kay), Harold Ducane (Nancy), Emma Starzer, Dorothy Schnell (Charles) and Shirley Lombardo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
