He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sohrweide and Eunice Sohrweide (Curran); his spouse Shirley Bishop; and his siblings, Richard Sohrweide and Juanita "Sis" Boes.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Beauleau (Dan Marquardt), Lon Sohrweide (Mary) and Brian Sohrweide (Tracey); his brother Roger Sohrweide (Carol); and his sister-in-law Patricia Sohrweide. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
