She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blank and Agnes Blank (Peterson); her husband Lloyd Heise; her son Steven Heise; her daughter-in-law Connie Heise; her grandsons, Jason and Mitchell Diehlmann; her great grandchild Jeremy; and her siblings, Erna Pontoriero (Larry), Bernice Blank, Jean Moe (Wes) and Ralph Blank.

She is survived by: her children, Laurie Diehlmann (David), Valerie Filz (Ron), Jeffrey Heise (Julie), Gary Heise (Kim) and Randy Heise; her daughter-in-law Julie Hoegger (Dean); and her grandchildren, Kristie (Mike), Kelly (Todd), Amber (Brandon), Emily, Peter, Nicholas (Mary Jo), Wesley (Jami), Melissa (Ben), Casey (Heather), Adam (Kayleigh), Stacey (Dustin) and Chad (Chelsea). She is also survived by twenty five great grandchildren and two great great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
