She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Sr. Wasurick and Ruby Wasurick (Reed); and her husband Ken. She is survived by: her children, Julie LaFortune, Mary Lade (David) and Mark LaFortune (Renae); her grandsons, Jason Lade and Jeremy Lade (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Kenzie and Brezlin Lade; and her sisters, Donna Bushmaker and Janey Belongia.
