He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Lade and Jane Lade (Ward); and his wife Mildred Bartley. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Kopp (Jerome) and Jerald Lade (Jan Behnke); and his close friend Marlyn Edigener. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
