He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Falk (Pat) and Rose O'Brien; his niece Kelly Falk of Kannapolis, NC; his nephews, Shaun Falk, Paul O'Brien (Tonia) and Casey O'Brien (Niki); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Natalie, Carter and Isabella O'Brien; and his cousin Jacki Nelis (Cal).
