He is survived by: the mother of his children Terry Lewis of Marinette; his children, Dan Lewis (Lisa) of Oshkosh and Leah Biehl (Jon) of Marinette; his stepfather Darrell Ethington of Marinette; his stepsister Laurie Zaddack (Tom) of New London, WI; and his grandchildren, Jordy and Leonardo Biehl.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
