He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Johnsen and Lisa Johnsen (Loritz); his children, Katelyn (Danny Steger), Payton and Samantha; his grandmother Jane Loritz; his son Levi Johnsen; his brother Ronald Michael Johnsen (Rhonda); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth and Mallory. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
