She was predeceased by: her sister Dr. Heidi A. Henschel Pellett. She is survived by: her parents, Floyd Henschel and Gail Henschel (Hope); her daughter Lauren Hope; her husband Steven Bruemmer; her sisters, Holly Ledvina (Charles), Hope Kuck (Kim) and Hayley Jensen (Kris); and her brother-in-law Tracy Pellett.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Heather's memory.
